Exchanges and Returns
At Corinium Clothing, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not be exactly what you were hoping for. That’s why we offer a return policy that allows customers to return items within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the garment must have the original tag attached and the customer must have a valid proof of purchase. This policy also applies to orders placed on WhatsApp and via our Website.
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for returned items. Instead, we offer a voucher that can be used in-store at any time. The value of the voucher will be equivalent to the price paid for the item being returned.
If you wish to return an item, please bring it to our store or contact us via WhatsApp to initiate the return process. Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a voucher for the value of the item.
We do not offer a free courier returns service for any goods that we sell.
All goods returned by courier will be for the purchasers account.
We do not accept exchanges or returns on sale items, underwear, lingerie, swimsuits, socks, cosmetics, earrings and toiletries.
